Vintage Murano Moretti studio millefiori glass flat oval 2 hole bead. C. 1920s. 17.5x13.5x7mm  2.5mm stringing holes. The beads made in the Murano studios 80+ years ago used glass canes (or murrine) that were much finer than those used today; The Murrine were denser in detail and richer in color. These beads are becoming increasingly rare, especially the Moretti Studio beads. These beads are sold in a strand of 7. A rare size and shape.
