Vintage hand made translucent garnet red round beads with milky opalescent bands across the middle.   The milky band creates the look of a red flower cap at each hole.   Each bead is slightly irregular and size and stripe pattern.  8mm average size.   1mm hole.  Strand of 50 to 54 beads. Czechoslovakia.
