Antique Bohemian green glass 4mm square nailheads. These beads have a flat back and a slightly faceted front. They were commonly used in the 1920s to enhance garments before sequins became popular. These beads are quite rare and are marked Czecho-Slovakia, dating them between 1918 and 1934. They were produced in Gablonz, known as the bead-making center of Bohemia. Each hank weighs 13.6 grams and includes 12 strands, totaling 300 beads.
The color of these beads is a sof tmuted light green, a true vintage color not often found in modern glass beads.
Please be aware that the threads on these hanks are fragile. If any strands break, we will provide additional loose beads to ensure you receive the full 13.6 grams.
