Antique Triangle Shaped pendants, India, traded in Mali. 1900's. B4-car410

Antique Carnelian agate triangular pendant beads most likely originating in India. They have a lovely translucence, surface wear and hole designs that speak to their age. Group of 7 triangular pendant beads. The smallest measures 17mm tall and 16mm wide at the base. The largest bead is 20mm tall and 22.5mm wide at the base.These came from the estate of a collector who reportedly purchased them in Katmandu in the 1970s.
Their actual age is unknown but upon examination of surface, patina and holes they appear quite old. The holes in these beads were drilled from each side, meeting in the middle.
