Pelangi is Javanese for rainbow, and the original Pelangi beads (also known as Jatim) were made in Java around 900AD and earlier. They are not millefiori beads but are called Zebra beads and derived from canes that are combed before being shaped into beads. These contemporary Indonesian beads are excellent replicas of the ancient bead. Each one is handmade in Java and therefore unique. Beads range from 18-20mm. Hole is 4.5mm. Package of 1
