I will wait to see how customer service is on this item. Picture placed on etsy is much different than what I received. I never would have purchased this item. I wanted a box clasp style. The clasp on this is not working. It does not latch properly and not even worth keeping for future project. Not the project I am currently working on. I will send this item back to the seller and request a full refund plus cost to ship back to seller.
So pretty and looking forward to using in a project!
