Old Tibetan sterling silver repoussé pendant with red coral and turquoise. pdet823cs

This is a beautiful older Tibetan pendant. The front has a coral stone and turquoise set into a beautifully detailed repoussé border of a scaled fish around the stone. Inset into the coral is a small piece of turquoise. The back is silver with ornamental repoussed and engraved bull or oxen. This is an older piece, from a dealer's collection and purchased in Tibet in the 1960's. Tests for sterling. 2 inches x 2 inches. 3/8 inch thickness. 20 grams.
