Vintage Lapis Lazuli 25mm carved round bead. b4-lap288

Natural untreated lapis lazuli carved round beads in a hard to find large  24 - 27mm size. Average weight 27.5 grams.  B+-A grade quality with a medium polish. Each bead is unique, with varying amounts of pyrite and calcite inclusions. Hole sizes vary from 1.2mm-2.0mm. From the estate of a collector who traveled extensively in the middle East. These are estimated to be from the 1960s or earlier. These large standout  beads make excellent focal beads.  Sold individually.
