Antique Nepali large carved translucent carnelian agate hand carved 3-strand tablet beads, early to mid 1900s. Each bead is hand carved and varies slightly in length, width and shape. 21-23mm x 21mm.  Holes run the long direction thru the rectangle. Average hole size 2mm.   The carnelian probably originated in China or India. Beautiful old beads from a collector's estate. A single strand of 4 available.
