Vintage Murano Moretti studio millefiori glass broad flat wide oval 2 hole bead. C. 1920s. 17x7x6mm . 2.7mm holes run crosswise. The beads made in the Murano studios 50+ years ago used glass canes (or murrine) that were much finer than those used today; The Murrine were denser and richer in color. These beads are becoming increasingly rare, especially the Moretti Studio beads. Each bead is unique. Sold individually.
