Egyptian Revival Cabochon, high domed, glass. Czech. 23x15.5mm. Pkg 1. b5-557

These rare, molded glass cabochons are unique pieces from the late 1920s-30s. There is a metal-lined hole at the back for attachment, and the stones have a very high dome. Dimensions are 24x16mm, with the top of the dome reaching 12mm. The design is impressive: a representation of King Tut sits atop the dome, flanked by two serpents; geometric designs in antique Egyptian style with black glass, gold decorations and red, and blue accents complete the look.
