Beautiful antique Bohemian flat nailhead beads. These have a grooved matte crepe-like finish on the top and smooth on the bottom. They have 2 holes which make them great for necklaces and bracelets. These date to the early 1900s as glass sequins to adorn beaded garments, in the days before "ready to wear". They were made in Bohemia, later to be part of Czechoslovakia. Strand (or bag) of 24.
