Edwardian velvet and rose gold filled fob. American made. 4 3/4 x 1 inch. fbed108e
Edwardian velvet and rose gold filled fob. American made.
Fashioned in rose gold and vintage velvet ribbon, this fob is a beautiful example of some of the more ornate fobs that were worn in the Edwardian period. A multitude of textures and designs have been stamped in the metal and the little hanging fob at the bottom is engraves with the initials "MAR". There is a mark on the safety clasp that is attached by a chain to the upper potion of the fob marked "Bates and Bacon". Bates and Bacon was founded in 1856 and was located in Massachusetts. The metal has some wear to it that does not distract from the beauty of the fob. The ribbon is in excellent condition and the springs in both the clasps are tight and in very good working condition. 4 3/4 inches long by 1 inch wide
