Earrings of beautiful rare antique Japanese Mokume lacquer beads with mother of pearl inlays. Each lacquer bead has a tiny pearl at the top and bottom. Dangles from a carved blue-green tourmaline melon bead from India. The Mokume beads date from the late 19th to early 20th century. Ear wires and connecting wires are gold filled. The lacquer beads with pearls are 15mm long. Earrings are 1 1/2 inches in length from top of ear wire.
