This antique Japanese Satsuma pendant is set in gilt silver and features the distinctive cream color along with a fine crackle in the glaze. The enamel design showcases a house on a hill at the end of a path, surrounded by rocks, shrubs, and a distant mountain, all framed in an oval shape with a blue enamel border. The gold leaf edging shows a few signs of wear. The pendant measures 1.5 inches by 1.25 inches, and the pin back and C clasp are in good working order. An artist's stamp can be found on the back.
