is your return policy?
We
pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our goal
is customer satisfaction. Although it is our intention to
display images and descriptions of each item that are true
to material, color, size, etc., colors vary with individual
monitors and some item details are inevitably missed.
We recognize that the buyer is deprived of the tactile and
visual experience when purchasing on the web.|
Therefore,
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we
will gladly refund your purchase price provided that you
contact us
within three days of receipt and that you ship the merchandise
back to us within one week in the same condition in which
you received it. For your own protection,
we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance. We
cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt.
You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Your
refund will be transacted within 3 days in the same manner
of your remittance, ie credit card, PayPal or check.

What
shipping options do you offer?
We
ship all items USPS or UPS within and outside of the United
States, and we insure all domestic orders. Shipping
prices which include the cost of insurance are automatically
calculated and added to your order during checkout. We will
ship international orders to most countries. Feel free to
contact us
for more information. Occasionally, particularly on bead
orders, our automatic calculation will be inaccurate. We
will adjust the shipping charge as soon as we have packed
up the order and determined the actual shipping and insurance
cost.
How do I place an order?
To
order an item in our product catalog, simply add the item(s)
to your cart and complete the checkout process. You may
pay by credit card, PayPal, or check. Please
read our Secure
Shopping Information Page.
To pay using PayPal, you must first have a
PayPal account with a confirmed address. Then, when
shopping on our site, simply select the "Phone/Fax"
option at checkout. You will not be routed
to the paypal site but will be prompted with a link to request
a PayPal invoice.
To
pay with a personal check, cashier’s check or money
order, select the "Phone/Fax"
option and hit the "Complete Order" button, print
a copy of your order, and mail it to us with your payment.
Please note that with personal checks we must wait for your
funds to clear before we can ship the items. Please mail

You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after completing
your purchase.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order
within a few minutes of ordering, please
email us immediately so we can ensure your purchase
went through.
If you have any problems with the shopping cart,
please email us your order and we will process your order
for you.
How
Quickly Will You Ship My Order?
Although
we most often ship the same day orders are received, we
guarantee shipment with 48 hours of receipt of order and/or
payment. We ship during business hours 9am to 5pm Pacific
Standard time Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends.
Will
you Expedite Shipment of My Order?
We
normally process and ship orders in the order received. If
your package cannot wait 48 hours to ship and needs to get
out immediately, please email us for expedited shipping and
we will do our best to accomodate you.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
We offer several gift certificates in the most often-requested
amounts on
this page. Simply select the amount you prefer, indicate
the sender's and recipient's names (as you wish them to
appear) and, if you wish, a short message. Then, add the
item to your cart, and complete the order. If you would
like to purchase a gift certificate in an amount you don't
see here, please
email us.
Do you offer wholesale prices
or quantity discounts on beads?
Much of our bead collection is the result of many hours
in thrift stores, yard sales, flea markets and similar venues,
sifting through boxes of miscellaneous beads and necklaces
with a few broken or missing beads all collected more than
30 years ago.. Some of our other beads are unused vintage
stock, also purchased more than 30 years ago. As a
result, quantities of many of our individual bead styles
are very limited -- and we feel that those beads are all
the more special and rare because we can't replace them
once they are sold. Given the time invested in
seeking them out over the years -- and given that they are
irreplaceable -- we are not offering quantity
discounts or wholesale prices on our beads.
How can I find out more about
a particular item?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about
any of the pieces you see -- or any pieces you don't see,
because not all of our collection is currently online! We
have a large collection of vintage jewelry, beads and components
that we have not listed-- so please don't hesitate to
email us.
