pnvc1043gh-Late 18th cent. Georgian silver, blue enamel and point cut diamond pin
Late 18th to early 19th century Georgian silver, blue enamel and point cut diamond pin. The pin is 800 silver and has an 800 stamp on the back. Possibly French or Italian in origin. Also stamped HS. The pin is hollow with dark blue on the domed top and surrounded by a silver beaded border. Atop the enamel is an eight pointed star with a point cut diamond by each star tip and in the center. The enamel is in very good condition with a few tiny nicks. The pin-back: hinge and clasp are not original and were skillfully replaced long ago. 25mm diameter.
