Earthly Adornments - ered458-Edwardian synthetic ruby and brass ear rings

These delicate and lively Edwardian ear rings are made from synthetic rubies and brass. Each fancy crenulated setting holds a stone in place with six prongs; one of the side prongs has been lost on one of the ear rings leaving one stone slightly off center. Above each stone is a small decorative round stamping soldered to a shepherd’s hook ear- wire. There is a tiny chip on one of the red stones, but it is not visible without magnification. 2x0.8cm
