Earthly Adornments - bxvn249-Celluloid faux tortoise shell vanity jar

Ladies cream or powder jar. Glass jar is set into celluloid tortoise shell base with matching lid. Lid is molded with gold décor, resembling the Victorian style. In very good condition, with just a little wear on the gold décor and some tiny chips on the mouth of the jar. Lid is nice and tight. Useable today as it was more than 50 years ago. Base is 55mm diameter. Lid is 65mm diameter. Stands 37mm tall.
