Earthly Adornments - brvs823gh- Fine Persian silver, carved glass and carnelian bracelet

This bracelet is an excellent example of some of superb workmanship in Persian silver jewelry. The featured elements in the bracelet are three bezel set round glass cabochons with a pierced abstract floral design. Bezel set in to the center of each of these is a carnelian cabochon surrounded by silver wire filigree that matches the filigree work abound the carved glass stones. There are 3 radiating cracks in the central glass cabochon but the stone is secure. Each of the three centerpieces is connected by 6 rings on each side to fancy silver link chains and filigree spacers. The clasp has a lovely hand engraved primitive abstract design and there is a suspended bezel set carnelian suspended from the clasp in the style of an Egyptian bracelet. 18.8x2.5cm
